anyone? Okay, does anyone have exotic tofu recipe? I don't care too much
for the mundane tofu recipe anymore but I must eat for protein, meats
are way too expensive and the fish price is out of sight. HELP!

Ice-skater, 1 pitcher water, sugar for desired taste, 1/4 cup melted
cornstarch over the stove, wait till it comes to boil
then add water with sugar, food coloring or flavored food coloring to
add later, desired color as well. As for Tofu, lots of preparation, one
is mix eggs, flour with 1 package of tofu, make small balls, drop them
in boiling vegetable or other soups, good with bread..oishine!!

this product called organic sweetener, 25% sweeter than sugar. It's a
Nectar extracted from agave plant. The agave nectar is suppose to
absorbed slowly into the system preventing spikes in blood sugar. It is a
multi-purpose and does what sugar does. Agave plant is the plant where
tequila is fermented from. It taste like coconut "ilaot". Try it and
spread the words about agave nectar. You might find agave nectar at
health food stores or costco. It can be costly.

baking powder, what ever flavor you want to put in it for example:
Banana (tama tuu) Ice cream, chocolate candy, make sure the batter is
not too thick and not too soft. You want it just the right thickness so
you make little balls when you fry them. You can use a spoon, ice cream
scooper or your bare hands to shape the tama.

Bedues, no need to grate tapioca, you can just buy at asian store el
already kelsoks, but for the rice flour, I think its a good idea cause
its soft and can be stored for years in pantry. I was able to test and
all you do is make them thick, so it can be rolled in your hands like
small tama, and go through same mellollau technique. I will do more test
and let you know and thank you for idea.
