Comment: Tama Recipe, Flour, eggs, milk or water, baking powder, what ever flavor you want to put in it for example: Banana (tama tuu) Ice cream, chocolate candy, make sure the batter is not too thick and not too soft. You want it just the right thickness so you make little balls when you fry them. You can use a spoon, ice cream scooper or your bare hands to shape the tama.

Comment: 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugah, 1tsp baking powder, 1tsp of vanilla extract, 1 and half can of carnation milk, mix dry ingredients well prior to liquid, while mixing sing a good song from the heart with a big smile on your face, it will taste better that way, fry using peanut oil, will prevent oil soaked tama. bon apetite.

Comment: Meral Bedues, no need to grate tapioca, you can just buy at asian store el already kelsoks, but for the rice flour, I think its a good idea cause its soft and can be stored for years in pantry. I was able to test and all you do is make them thick, so it can be rolled in your hands like small tama, and go through same mellollau technique. I will do more test and let you know and thank you for idea.
